The Town of Pendleton has partnered with HWC Engineering to update its Comprehensive Plan and Downtown Revitalization Plan. These critical planning documents will guide local leaders as they make decisions about land use, housing, economic development, transportation, and other issues impacting the lives of those living and working in Pendleton.
